Your use of Campus Cliq services and website (referred to collectively as the “Services” in this document) is subject to the terms of legal agreement between you and Campus Cliq.  Please read the following terms and conditions very carefully as your use of the Services is conditional upon your acceptance of and adherence to the following terms and conditions (“Terms”), which you are urged to read carefully.

By accessing or using the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and the Privacy Policy, irrespective of the manner in which you access or use the Services. If you do not accept these Terms, you must refrain from subscribing to or using the Services.

For the purposes of these Terms, the expressions “you,” “User,” or “Visitor” refer to any individual accessing the Website, viewing its content, or utilizing the Services provided through it. The terms “we,” “us,” or “our” denote Campus Cliq and its affiliated entities.

User Agreement

These Terms of Use regulate your access to and use of the Services provided via [https://campuscliq.com] (“Site”). By accessing the Site, you agree to comply with the terms and conditions outlined herein. If you do not agree to these Terms, you are not permitted to use the Services.

Campus Cliq may change or update or add these Terms of use, time to time, entirely at its own discretion. It is your responsibility to review these Terms of Use periodically to ensure continued compliance. By continuing to use the Site following any modifications to these Terms of Use, you acknowledge and accept the revised terms and agree to be legally bound by them.

Accepting the Terms

You can accept the terms by:

• Clicking to agree and accept to the Terms, where this option is made available to you by Campus Cliq in user interference of services.
• By accessing or using the services, you understand and agree that Campus Cliq will consider such use as your acceptance of these terms from that point onwards.

You are not permitted to use the Services if you are not of legal age or otherwise lack the capacity to enter into a binding contract with Campus Cliq.

Modification

Campus Cliq reserves the right to discontinue, suspend, or cancel any product or service at any time without notice, make alterations and modifications in any product, content, and services without prior notice. Any modification or alteration will be notified on the website, and all users must comply with the new terms & conditions.

Registration, Access and Exchange of Information

Access to services like email and personal web pages is contingent upon visitor registration. You will also choose a password and user name which will be your email ID. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account. By completing the registration process, you acknowledge and accept the terms outlined herein, along with any additional specific terms displayed at relevant sections of the Site.

To use these services, enter the User Name and Password you created when registering.

Suppose Campus Cliq reasonably believes that an account and password is being used/misused in any manner. In that case, Campus Cliq shall reserve the right to cancel access rights immediately without notice and block access to all users from that IP address.

All activities conducted under your account are your sole responsibility. You undertake to notify Campus Cliq without delay in the event of any unauthorized use or compromise of account security.

Campus Cliq shall not be responsible for any damages or losses arising from the misuse of your account or password by another individual. Conversely, you may bear liability for any harm caused to Campus Cliq or third parties due to such misuse.

Account Security

You acknowledge and accept responsibility for safeguarding the confidentiality of any passwords linked to accounts used to access the Services. Consequently, you agree to be solely accountable to Campus Cliq for all actions carried out under your account. In the event that you become aware of any unauthorized access or use of your password or account, you shall promptly notify Campus Cliq at Connect@campuscliq.com.

User Conduct And Rules

By accessing or using Campus Cliq, you agree and affirm that your use of the Website and Services shall be limited to posting and uploading content that is appropriate and lawful. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, you specifically agree that, when using any Service, you shall not:

• Post, transmit, or share content that is unlawful, defamatory, abusive, harassing, threatening, or otherwise objectionable.
• Upload or distribute viruses, malware, or any other harmful code.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts, systems, or networks connected to Campus Cliq.
• Impersonate any person or entity, or falsely state or otherwise misrepresent your affiliation with a person or entity.
• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content on Campus Cliq without prior authorization.
• Submit any content unless you either own the rights to it or have obtained all necessary licenses or permissions. All submitted material must respect the intellectual property rights of third parties and must not infringe upon them in any manner.
• Breach any applicable code of conduct or guidelines specific to any Service offered on the platform.
• Violate any laws or regulations currently in force within or outside India.
• Breach any provision of these Terms and Conditions or any other applicable terms governing the use of the Website.

User Representations and Warranties

The User represents that he/she is not under any legal or other disability that limits his/her ability to comply with the above Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy and/or any other relevant terms.

You represent, warrant, and affirm that any content you submit is either owned by you or you have been duly authorized to use it. You further confirm that such content does not infringe upon any intellectual property rights, proprietary interests, or other legal rights of third parties. Additionally, to the best of your knowledge, no legal action, claim, investigation, or proceeding, whether pending or threatened, exists in relation to any content you have used, including but not limited to trademarks, trade names, service marks, or copyrights, in connection with your use of the Services provided by Campus Cliq.

Privacy policy

By accessing or using the Website, the User acknowledges that they have read, understood, and accepted the Privacy Policy of Campus Cliq as it applies to the Services. The User further agrees that the terms, practices, and provisions outlined in the Privacy Policy are acceptable and binding.

Cancellation/Refund Policy

All purchases of services made through the Website are final. No cancellations, refunds, or exchanges shall be permitted once a transaction is completed.

However, if a payment is debited from your card or bank account without the corresponding delivery of services, you may notify Campus Cliq by sending an email to support@campuscliq.com or to the contact address listed on the Contact Us page. Upon receipt of such notification, Campus Cliq will investigate the matter. If it is determined that the payment was indeed processed without service delivery, a refund will be issued within 21 working days from the date of receipt of your complaint.

Refunds will be credited to the original payment source, subject to deduction of applicable service charges and taxes, if any. The time taken for the refunded amount to reflect in your account may vary between 3 to 20 days, depending on your bank’s processing policies.

Termination

Users may terminate accounts at any time, with data retained as legally required. Campus Cliq may suspend or terminate accounts for violations, inactivity, or legal reasons. Upon termination, access ends and obligations may continue.

Limitation of Liability

Campus Cliq strives to ensure the accuracy and reliability of information provided on the Website; however, it makes no warranties or representations regarding the quality, completeness, or correctness of any data, content, products, or services.

Campus Cliq shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from:

• Use or inability to use the Services;
• Unauthorized access to or alteration of user data or transmissions;
• Any other matter related to the Services, including loss of data, profits, or system performance.

Campus Cliq is not responsible for delays, service interruptions, or non-availability of the Website due to maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances beyond its control.

Any material or data downloaded from the Website is done at the user's sole discretion and risk. Campus Cliq shall not be liable for any damage to the user's device or loss of data resulting from such downloads.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Campus Cliq from and against any claims, liabilities, losses, damages, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees, disbursements, and applicable interest) arising out of or in connection with:

• Any breach or non-fulfilment of your representations, warranties, covenants, or obligations under these Terms;
• Any misuse of the services or violation of applicable laws;
• Any activity conducted through your account, whether authorized or unauthorized.

This indemnity shall remain in effect even after the termination or expiration of these Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to any conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Delhi, India.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, whether in whole or in part, such determination shall apply only to the specific provision or portion thereof. The remainder of that provision, along with all other provisions of these Terms, shall remain valid, enforceable, and in full effect

Intellectual property

You acknowledge and agree that all rights, title, interest, and ownership in any intellectual property created, developed, or arising from your use of the Services shall exclusively vest in Campus Cliq or its designated client. You shall not assert any claim, right, or entitlement over such intellectual property.

Upon request by Campus Cliq or its client, you agree to promptly execute and deliver any documents or take any actions required under applicable law to safeguard or facilitate the enforcement of Campus Cliq’s or its client’s rights in connection with such intellectual property.

You further undertake not to initiate any proceedings or make any claims against Campus Cliq or its client regarding the ownership or use of such intellectual property.

Termination of Relationship

These Terms shall remain in effect until terminated by either you or Campus Cliq, as outlined below.

You may terminate your legal relationship with Campus Cliq at any time by:

• Providing written notice of termination; and
• Closing all accounts associated with the Services, where such an option is made available by Campus Cliq.

Your written notice must be sent to the Campus Cliq contact address.

Campus Cliq reserves the right to terminate its legal relationship with you at any time if:

• You breach any provision of these Terms, or act in a manner that clearly indicates your unwillingness or inability to comply with them;
• Such termination is required under applicable law (e.g., where continued provision of the Services becomes unlawful);
• A third-party partner through whom the Services are provided ceases its relationship with Campus Cliq or discontinues the Services;
• The continued provision of the Services is, in Campus Cliq’s sole discretion, no longer commercially viable.

Upon termination, all rights, obligations, and liabilities that have accrued or are intended to survive termination shall remain unaffected. The provisions relating to Indemnification, Governing Law, and any other clauses that by their nature are intended to survive termination shall continue to apply indefinitely.
