Rap music is the "Safar" or journey of expression in today's world, and this competition celebrates the unbridled, unfiltered talent of our students. It’s a challenge of words, timing, and outsmarting an opponent with one punch line.

What to Expect:

• The "Cypher" Spirit: The traditional rap battle experience is what you can expect, back-to-back verses where rappers take turns delivering their lines. The audience is the ultimate "vibe" judge, reacting to every clever metaphor and beat change.
• Flow & Wordplay: It’s a journey through words. From "Gully" Hindi rap to English rap, the emphasis is on "Shabdon ka Jaal" or the web of words. Judges will be looking for internal rhymes, double meanings, and original beats.
• Respect the Mic: While the competition is tough, the spirit is one of respect. It’s a competition of who can tell the best story or offer the best critique of society, student life, or the journey of the self.
