General Terms and Conditions:

1. The registration fee is non-refundable under any circumstances.

2. Participants must reach the location 1 hour before their respective event.

3. Participants must carry their college ID cards.

4. Participation certificates will be provided to every participant.

5. Everyone is responsible for their own belongings.

6. Consuming alcohol, cigarettes, tobacco, etc. are strictly prohibited.

Open to all College/University students
 

Rules for Webtopia (Web Designing)

• Individual participant.

• Maximum time to complete is 45-60 minutes

• Participants must carry their own material

•Topic will be given on the spot.

• • No limit on participants from any college.

Standards Compliance:

Web pages must employ standards-based web design with well-formed HTML and CSS.

Students can use the Editor like Visual Studio Code for designing the web pages.

1. Must use the bootstrap and the web page must be responsive for any screen size.

2. Web pages must render on a cross-web browser that is functional in Internet Explorer, Firefox, and Chrome web browser.

3. All images should be coded using the ALT attribute.

4. The first page of the website must be index.html.

5. Every Home page and other pages should have a Horizontal Navigation bar designed in CSS.

6. At Least one web page should be interactive (E.g. Can have a registration page, a login page, etc.)

7. Cascading Style Sheets: Cascading Style Sheets must be created from scratch, for the Navigation B
