Participants will gain hands-on exposure to essential HR metrics such as Attrition Rate, Cost-per-Hire, Time-to-Fill, and Offer Acceptance Rate, along with a detailed understanding of the Talent Acquisition Funnel. Through a guided dataset activity and an engaging case study—“Where Are We Losing Candidates in the Hiring Funnel?”—participants will learn how to identify hiring drop-offs and translate data insights into actionable HR decisions.
